A guided relational experience for one who wants to understand patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create deeper, more conscious relationships.

Whether you’re in a relationship, navigating challenges, or doing this work on your own—this is a space to gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface, in a grounded and supported way.

Who This Is For

This space is for one who:

  • Feel disconnected or alone in their relationship

  • Keep finding themselves in the same patterns and don’t fully understand why

  • Are doing the emotional work—but their partner isn’t (yet)

  • Long for deeper connection without forcing or chasing it

  • Are self-aware and ready to grow in a more supported way

You don’t need your partner to participate for this work to create meaningful change.

What This Is

LuvTheOne — For One is a guided, small-group experience rooted in:

  • Nervous system awareness

  • Somatic (body-based) healing

  • Relational pattern recognition

  • The wisdom of the body

This is a space where you begin to notice what your system has learned about love, connection, and safety—and gently start to shift what no longer serves you.

What This Is Not

This is not:

  • Traditional therapy

  • Advice-giving or fixing your partner

  • A quick fix or surface-level solution

Instead, this is a steady, supported practice of becoming more aware, more grounded, and more connected from the inside out.

What We Work On

This work follows the same seasonal rhythm as LuvTheOne:

Spring — Freedom
Releasing old stories, emotional weight, and patterns that keep you stuck.

Summer — Connection
Rebuilding a deeper, more honest relationship with yourself and your experience.

Fall — Wisdom
Recognizing your patterns in real time and beginning to choose differently.

Winter — Compassion
Softening, tending, and creating safety within yourself during harder moments.

Relationships evolve through seasons—just like life.

How It Works

This is a small, supportive group experience designed to integrate into real life.

  • Weekly live group sessions (75–90 minutes on Zoom)

  • Guided practices and reflections

  • A steady, grounded pace that supports real change over time

  • Optional private sessions for deeper, individualized support

You don’t need to prepare anything or “do it right.”
You just show up, as you are.

A Note About Relationships

Many begin this work on their own.

As things begin to shift internally, it often changes the dynamic of the relationship itself.

Over time, some choose to invite their partner into the couples experience.
Others continue this work individually with a deeper sense of clarity and self-trust.

There’s no pressure either way.
