Vibrational Healing is based in the belief that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is in constant vibration. LuvTheOne’s unique approach to learning Vibrational Healing is centered around the understanding of vibrational energy as it relates to quantum physics and how it impacts our relationship with self and others. Integration of the four pillars (see below) is a key component in accessing the body’s natural healing abilities so that we may notice vibrational patterns, bring them to consciousness, and rewire the nervous system to foster a deeper connection with self and others. Vibrational Healing helps to shift the lens from which we see oneself, others, and the world.
Listed below are the four pillars of Vibrational Healing:
1. FREEDOM: Liberate yourself from the secret life of emotional pain and dis-ease!
